Your general dentist may feel that you need to be evaluated and/or treated by an endodontic specialist, due to your symptoms, radiographic (x-ray) findings or clinical exam. He or she may call our office to schedule an appointment or may refer you to our office and ask you to contact us. Our Scheduling Coordinators will gather information necessary to insure you are scheduled as quickly and efficiently as possible. They are also available to answer any questions you may have in regard to your visit or our services. If you are experiencing pain or are in an emergency situation, every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible.
In an effort to schedule efficiently, we will ask for information such as the tooth number to be evaluated, history of dental treatment in the affected area, symptoms, etc. and may ask to be provided a radiograph (“X-Ray”) taken by your general dentist. This information should allow us to schedule you most appropriately, minimizing the number and duration of your visits in our office.
